   The professional Discover Alaska Tour Managers are there to assist you when checking in at the hotels and aboard the ship to assist you with any problems which may arise either on the cruise or back home. These professionals are on Discover Alaska's payroll and not "commission escorts" which are used by many other tour operators in Alaska. In other words, Discover Alaska Tour Managers are there exclusively to protect your investment and insure that you receive everything for which you have paid. If you feel that an error has been made in your accommodations or dining arrangements, or if you desire to make any changes, they will assist you in working out the best possible solution.

Graham has been a Tour Manager for over 20 years and served Discover Alaska with distinction in Europe for WWII/Normandy Tours. General Patton's Grandson called Graham "the best!"

Sharon has lived in Alaska for over 16 years. She assists Discover Alaska in the warm months and winters in Arizona.
